Service
Support.LuKreative.ai provides product-scoped support workflows, knowledge retrieval, AI-assisted answers, escalation, and team collaboration. Features marked beta or unavailable are not guaranteed.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for authorized use of your account, organization membership, customer-origin configuration, and the content you submit. Organization owners control membership, billing, export, and deletion.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, probe other tenants, bypass usage limits, submit unlawful content, or use generated answers without appropriate review in high-risk contexts.
AI output
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for configuring knowledge, escalation rules, customer notices, and human review appropriate to your use case.
Trials and paid service
The Founder foundation includes a 14-day no-card trial, up to 3 active products, 5 active seats, and 500 successful AI replies per calendar month. Paid checkout is not available until a payment provider is configured and the final commercial terms are published.
Availability and liability
Service levels, warranties, liability limits, governing law, dispute terms, and notice details must be finalized in the externally approved version before public launch.
